Baby massage is proven to help build confidence in handling and soothing a baby. It can also ease tummy discomfort, relaxing the bowels and releasing trapped gas helping bring some comfort to babies with colic. Some parents even report it helps their baby sleep!
Incorporating baby massage into the day with a newborn can really promote bonding and provide a special time of day for a baby and parent.

Come join my baby massage classes in Ware and Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire where each week we focus on a different part of the baby's body and build up to a whole sequence to do at home; all while incorporating songs and rhymes to interact and have some fun!
My courses are unique as the final fifth session runs on a weekend, as I believe working parents miss out on so much with their baby. So Dads or partners or grandparents can come learn the benefits of baby massage providing them the skills for a unique bonding time - while Mum can put her feet up and rest!
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks of age until crawling.
