Gentle yoga practice is an ideal form of exercise both whilst pregnant and in the postpartum period.
Pregnancy yoga allows expectant parents to prepare their changing body for childbirth and enjoy moments of calm in the period before birth. Gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques gently stretch and strengthen the muscles, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, and promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Parent and baby yoga classes provide a safe and nurturing environment to rebuild strength and flexibility postpartum while bonding with baby. Gentle stretches, poses and movements are used to promote postnatal recovery, gently rebuild strength and enhance overall wellbeing.
Pregnancy Yoga Classes
These classes are designed to gently stretch and strengthen the muscles, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, promote relaxation and mindfulness. All while preparing the body for birth, exploring and practising positions and breathing techniques.
Pregnancy yoga classes also provide a great opportunity to meet other pregnant women, share experiences, and build a supportive community ahead of giving birth.

Pregnancy yoga classes are at The Southern Maltings in Ware which has parking close by and is easily accesible by public transport.
All equipment is provided.
Classes run on Saturdays 9am - 10am and must be booked in advance.

Mum and Baby Yoga Classes
Mum and baby yoga classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for mums to rebuild strength and flexibility postpartum while bonding with their babies.
Classes will focus on gentle movements which are suitable as a reintroduction to exercise after having a baby with no prior yoga experience necessary.
The classes also incorporate songs & rhymes and movements for babies to help develop gross and fine motor skills.

Classes run on Wednesdays and must be booked in advance.
